Elizabeth and Katy
Elizabeth Jane Hurley was an English actress, model and singer who achieved fame in the 1990s when she was the girlfriend of Hugh Grant. As Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral was a huge success, Hurley accompanied Grant to its Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace gown with gold safety pins. This outfit gained immediate interest from the media. What has been the highlight of her professional life has been her affiliation with the company that makes cosmetics Estee Lauder. Hurley was hired by the company as their first model in the age of 28. From 1995 onwards, she's been featured as a model for products from the company, including Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures. Most famously, she is known for her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley models for and designs his own beachwear collection. Katy Perry..........................Katy Perry original name Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, (born October 25 1984 Santa Barbara California U.S.) American pop singer who gained fame for a string of anthemic and often sexually suggestive hit songs as well as for a playfully cartoonish sense of style. Perry's attempts in the beginning to become a star in the mainstream were unsuccessful. She was signed to two different record companies but dropped before any of her songs were published. Capitol Records released Perry's Ur So Gay EP in 2007, which received little attention for its jolly irreverent title track. Perry sparked more attention a few months later, with the single I Kissed a Girl an assertive ode to the desire for sexual pleasure accompanied by an electro-pop beat that is hard edged. The song was controversial because critics condemned the song for encouraging relationships between gay men and other charged that it depicted a sexually explicit scene in which men fantasized about female sexuality. The combination of exuberance and refined melodicism helped I Kissed a Girl become a number one hit in a variety of countries and drove the sales of her album One of the Boys (2008). Hot N Cold, Perry's energetic and vibrant album featuring the song that was its second biggest hit was a hit. The album which Perry wrote herself sold more than 3 million copies.
